Airport Transfer Service (with charge)
In order to manage your request, you have to send us an email to reservas@muralto.es with this information:
- Full name
- Date of the service requested
- Estimated arrival time
- Flight number
- Terminal
- Number of people (including kids)
- Pieces of luggage including bags
- Mobile number + country code
- Valid Credit Card with expiration date for payment
We will contact you with availability, fare, confirmation number for the service requested and the charge made into your credit card.
Private Transfer Service (with charge)
You can ask for a private transfer service from the Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas Airport, the Chamartin & Atocha Railway Stations, or whatever place around our city, just sending your request by email to reservas@muralto.es
This is a service with an extra charge, additional to your room reservation in Muralto, and the final cost will depend on the requested journey.
You have the possibility to choose between a shared transfer or a private car. The driver will pick up you in the corresponding arrrival lounge.
This service is also available for any journey you could request during your stay in Muralto. You just have to ask for it at our Front Desk.
