COVID-19: A MESSAGE TO OUR GUESTS & FRIENDS

From Muralto Madrid Princesa we are conscious abut the serious concerns that COVID-19 is causing around the world, we wish to remind our commitment to the health and safety of all our guests and collaborators in these difficult times. At the same time we want to express our support to all those affected, families and loved ones, without forgetting to say THANK YOU to all those who are giving all their effort and sacrifice helping those affected, health workers, merchants, security forces, hotels staff and to ALL those who some how collaborate to alleviate this situation.
We are aware of the concern of all of you that trust in Muralto to enjoy their stay in Madrid. We do follow the global and local health authorities instructions, making sure that we are prepared to deal with any of the exceptional circumstances that we are experiencing. Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and team members in every moment.

We take care of you while you are in Muralto
We take the maximum precautions applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the health experts appointed by the Government of Spain. All members of our team have received specific instructions and cleaning and hygiene measures have been increased throughout the building, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for our guests and collaborators.

Flexibility for your reservations
We are offering flexibility in all reservations made with us, does not matter if you did it directly with us or through other channel.
