24-Hour Reception

The Reception team at Muralto Madrid Princesa is available 24 hours a day to make your stay in Madrid as enjoyable as possible.

We’ll be delighted to:

• Book a table for you at one of Madrid’s countless restaurants.
• Recommend the latest theatre shows on nearby Gran Vía.
• Get the information about the Madrid Tourist Bus.
• How to organise cultural excursions to nearby heritage cities such as Toledo, El Escorial, Aranjuez or Segovia.

Our dedicated staff are here to ensure you get the very best out of your time in Madrid – all day, every day.

Apartments

Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

• Daily cleaning service is provided between 08:00 and 18:00, including fresh towels, bed linen and bathroom amenities for all occupants.
• Each apartment features: Individual climate control, allowing you to choose your ideal temperature.
• A laptop-sized safe for your peace of mind.
• Smoke-free spaces: all apartments, common areas and terraces are 100% non-smoking..
• Baby cots, available on request and subject to availability.
• Luggage storage service upon arrival and departure. If you need to leave your luggage for several days, please ask at reception (**service subject to availability and additional charge).
• Whether you’re travelling for business, leisure or with family, our apartments are designed to offer the perfect balance of independence, comfort and hotel-style services.

Breakfasts

In the Liébana Room, located on the mezzanine, you can enjoy our varied Breakfast Buffet. We offer a wide selection of pastries and breads, cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, premium cold cuts and cheeses, dairy products, coffee, teas and hot chocolate, along with four hot dishes – everything you need to start the day in the best possible way.

A dedicated section is also available with gluten-free products.

Kitchen In Every Apartment

All our apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own lunch or dinner in complete comfort.

We also offer an external Room Service option for those days when you prefer to order in.

In addition to the standard kitchenware provided (plates, glasses and cutlery), you can request extra items at Reception. If you book directly on our official website, you can even let us know in advance what additional utensils you might need, and we’ll ensure they are ready in your apartment upon arrival.
