We are a family-run company with more than 50 years of history, founded in Santander, Spain.
Today, we provide employment for over 25 people in Madrid.
We collaborate with universities and training centres, welcoming students on internships to support their professional development and integration into the labour market.

We recycle all the paper, toner and printer cartridges we use
In 2015, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), we completely renovated the building’s air-conditioning system. Each guest can now choose their preferred temperature independently, in any season.
We fully upgraded the hot and cold water supply, ensuring higher comfort levels.
All communal areas now feature LED lighting, offering lower consumption and greater efficiency.
Thanks to these initiatives, our building has been certified with an Energy Rating C, classified as “Highly Efficient”.
Looking ahead, we are also creating a data centralisation platform and digital twin in 2025, co-financed through the EU’s Next Generation Última Milla funds, as part of Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
