Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

• We are a family-run company with more than 50 years of history, founded in Santander, Spain.
• Today, we provide employment for over 25 people in Madrid.
• We collaborate with universities and training centres, welcoming students on internships to support their professional development and integration into the labour market.

Sustainability & Efficiency

• We recycle all the paper, toner and printer cartridges we use
• In 2015, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), we completely renovated the building’s air-conditioning system. Each guest can now choose their preferred temperature independently, in any season.
• We fully upgraded the hot and cold water supply, ensuring higher comfort levels.
• All communal areas now feature LED lighting, offering lower consumption and greater efficiency.
• Thanks to these initiatives, our building has been certified with an Energy Rating C, classified as “Highly Efficient”.
• Looking ahead, we are also creating a data centralisation platform and digital twin in 2025, co-financed through the EU’s Next Generation Última Milla funds, as part of Spain’s Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
